Softball Pitching Philosophy

Whether you are just starting out, have some control issues, are ready to learn new pitches, or just need help reaching your full potential, I have personally done it all and coached it all and I would love to work with you. With every pitcher, my main focus is first on correcting and adjusting mechanics. I will always make sure the fundamentals are sound first, before moving on. You can't build a strong house on a shaky foundation.

 

Regardless of what we are working on, I will make sure both the pitcher and the parent understand how each pitch should look and feel and the physics (why) behind each movement. This will ensure "buy in" and help kids practice good mechanics at home and on the field when I'm not around.
